Bahrain Cinema Company B.S.C. (CINECO) Cash Dividend Recommendation

The Board of Directors (BOD) of Bahrain Cinema Company B.S.C. (CINECO) agreed in its meeting held on Tuesday 12.02.2019 to recommend the following distribution to its shareholders registered on the date of the AGM (the record date):

• Cash dividend of 50% of share nominal value, i.e. 50 fils per share.
