Local Market Maker:
A Member (exclusively a locally incorporated broker-dealer) who intends to be a Local Market Maker for a specified security must be authorized by the CBB to undertake market making activities.

External Market Maker:
An External Trading Member accepted for membership by BHB and authorized by the CBB may undertake the activities of an External Market Maker in BHB.

In addition to the eligibility and registration requirements for Local Market Maker and/or External Market Maker in BHB, the applicant must comply with the application procedures and submit the relevant information and documents as determined by BHB
