Pursuant to the resolutions of the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings of Al Salam Bank B.S.C. which were held on Thursday 12 March 2026 at 11:30 a.m. with a quorum of 76.56%.
Please be advised that the issued and paid-up capital of Al Salam Bank B.S.C. will be changed as per the attached and the adjusted price after the issuance of the new shares will be BHD 0.216.
